It was agreed, — That members be allowed to share the document prepared by the Library of Parliament entitled “Review of the Standing Orders: Summary of the Standing Order 51 Take-note Debate in the House” with their caucus.

At 12:33 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.
It was agreed, — That the Committee meet from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 13, 2016, to hear from the Minister of Democratic Institutions in relation to the content of Bill C-33, An Act to amend the Canada Elections Act and to make consequential amendments to other Acts.
It was agreed, — That the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure meet on Tuesday, January 31, 2017.
