Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(a) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, January 28, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of initiatives toward a family-friendly House of Commons.

Christine Moore, Hon. Sheila Copps and Lisa MacLeod (by teleconference from Toronto, Ontario) made statements and answered questions.

At 12:03 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:12 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Regina Flores, Michelle Warkentin and Nora Spinks made statements and answered questions.

At 1:04 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
