Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g), the Committee resumed consideration of Report 1, Management of Fraud Risk, of the Spring 2017 Reports of the Auditor General of Canada, referred to the Committee on Tuesday, May 16, 2017.

Michael Ferguson, Paul Glover, Simon Kennedy, Hélène Laurendeau, Marie Lemay, Bill Matthews and Ian Shugart answered questions.

At 10:38 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:41 a.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That a letter be sent to the Clerk of the Privy Council, with a copy to the Minister of Finance, in relation to the Deputy Minister of Finance.

At 10:53 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
