Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, December 13, 2016, the Committee commenced consideration of Report 4, Oversight of Passenger Vehicle Safety, of the Fall 2016 Reports of the Auditor General of Canada, referred to the Committee on Tuesday, November 29, 2016.

Michael Ferguson and Michael Keenan made statements and, with Kim Benjamin, answered questions.

At 5:16 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:19 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Committee Business

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

By unanimous consent, it was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) , the Committee undertake a study on the Performance Report 2015-16 of the Office of the Auditor General of Canada.

At 5:26 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
