Pursuant to Standing Order 81(5), the Committee resumed consideration of the Supplementary Estimates (B) 2016-17: Votes 1b and 5b under Department of Public Works and Government Services, Vote 1b under Privy Council Office, Vote 1b under Public Service Commission, Votes 1b and 5b under Shared Services Canada, Votes 1b, 15b and 20b under Treasury Board Secretariat referred to the Committee on Thursday, November 3, 2016.

Serge Dupont and Gerry Thom made statements and, with Kami Ramcharan, answered questions.

At 4:26 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:29 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the Committee hold no meeting on Wednesday, November 23, 2016.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to it its studies of the Supplementary Estimates (B) 2016-17 and of the Phoenix Payroll System, Minister Foote, Ron Parker and their respective senior officials be invited to appear before the Committee on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

At 4:39 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
