Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of small and medium enterprises (SME) in federal procurement.

Louis-Martin Parent, by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, Pierre-Yves Boivin and Iain Christie made statements and, with Yvon Boudreau and Jim Quick, answered questions.

At 12:55 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:58 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 1:08 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
