Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, October 16, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of Canada and the Ukraine crisis.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

At 4:18 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:24 p.m., the sitting resumed.

At 4:35 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:40 p.m., the sitting resumed.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Canada's support to Ukraine in crisis and armed conflict".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and Analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

It was agreed, — That the Committee append to its report a dissenting opinion from members of the New Democratic Party provided that it is no more than three pages in length and be in Calibri 12 point font, left aligned, and be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the Clerk of the Committee, no later than noon on Friday, December 8, 2017.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the Government table a comprehensive response to the report.

At 4:45 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
