Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(f) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, January 31, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of the issues related to the enumeration of rights-holders under section 23 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

Connie Graziadei and Johanne Denis made statements and, with Larry Shute, answered questions.

At 11:59 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:08 p.m., the sitting resumed.
