At 9:39 a.m., the sitting resumed in camera.
It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $14,900, for the study of the state of Canada's Francophonie, be adopted.
It was agreed, — That the Committee insist that the Deputy Minister of Francophone Affairs of Ontario and the Deputy Minister of Training, Colleges and Universities of Ontario appear before the Committee on Tuesday, January 29, or Thursday, January 31, 2019, to provide an update on the situation regarding the Université de l’Ontario français, and failing that, that they be summoned to appear before the Committee at a date and time set by the Chair and the Clerk of the Committee.
At 10:02 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
