Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Wednesday, December 13, 2017, and section 92 of the Copyright Act, the Committee resumed the statutory review of the Act.

Freya Zaltz, by videoconference from Vancouver, British Columbia, Nathalie Dorval and Annie Francoeur made statements and, with Susan Wheeler, answered questions.

At 5:02 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:05 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

It was agreed, — That on Wednesday, October 3, 2018, the Committee meet with a delegation from the Federal Republic of Germany, and that the Clerk of the Committee make the necessary arrangements for a working lunch with the delegation.

At 5:22 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
