Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Wednesday, December 13, 2017, and section 92 of the Copyright Act, the Committee resumed the statutory review of the Act.

William Harnum, Hugo A. Setzer, Rebecca Graham and Susan Caron made statements and, with Heather Martin and Marian Hebb, answered questions.

At 3:26 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:00 p.m., the sitting resumed.

David Caron, Sylvia McNicoll, Joy Muller, Ken Thompson and Ann Ludbrook made statements and, with Marian Hebb, answered questions.

At 5:30 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
