Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, March 21, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the Temporary Foreign Worker Program.

At 4:43 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:49 p.m., the sitting resumed.

At 5:30 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

At 5:51 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 6:29 p.m., the sitting resumed.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Temporary Foreign Worker Program".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and analyst be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That dissenting and/or supplementary opinions be in Arial 12 point font, single line spaced and be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the Clerk of the Committee, no later than 10:00 p.m. on Monday, June 20, 2016.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the Government table a comprehensive response to the report.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

At 6:35 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
