Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, March 21, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the Temporary Foreign Worker Program.

Bruce Webster, by videoconference from Langley, British Columbia, Robert Watson and Marcia Barrett, by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario made statements and answered questions.

At 4:30 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:35 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Jeremy Janzen, Baerbel Langner, Portia MacDonald-Dewhirst, Mark Wales, Claudia Colocho and Naveen Mehta made statements and answered questions.

At 5:16 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

At 5:31 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
