Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of supporting families after the loss of a child.

Philippe Panneton, by videoconference from Miami, Florida, Jens Locher, by videoconference from Vancouver, British Columbia, Cheryl Salter-Roberts, Paula Harmon, Jessica Weatherbee and Alain Pelletier made statements and with, Bill Roberts, answered questions.

At 10:38 a.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 10:45 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
