Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, March 19, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of Pre-Mixed Drinks Combining High Alcohol, Caffeine, and Sugar Content.

Tim Stockwell, by videoconference from Victoria, British Columbia, Lucie Granger, by videoconference from Montréal, Quebec, Maude St-Onge, by videoconference from Québec, Quebec, Réal Morin, by videoconference from Québec, Quebec, Jim Goetz and Frank Welsh made statements and, with Yves Jalbert and Manon Niquette, answered questions.

At 7:14 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 7:17 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a report.
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee resumed its study of Organ Donation.
