Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Wednesday, February 14, 2018, the Committee resumed consideration of Bill S-228, An Act to amend the Food and Drugs Act (prohibiting food and beverage marketing directed at children).

By unanimous consent, it was agreed, — That, notwithstanding the Committee's routine motion on the distribution of documents adopted on Wednesday, February 3, 2016, the graphs prepared to support Tom Warshawski's presentation be distributed to Committee members in English only.

Corinne Voyer, Lindsay Hugenholtz Sherk, Erica Wiebe, Ronald Lund and Tom Warshawski made statements and, with Clara Couturier, answered questions.

At 5:22 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
