At 4:39 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:43 p.m., the sitting resumed.

The Hon. Ginette Petitpas Taylor made a statement and, with Rob Stewart, answered questions.

At 5:32 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
