Pursuant to Standing Order 83.1, the Committee resumed its pre-budget consultations in advance of the 2017 budget.

Hendrik Brakel, Bob Finnigan, Kevin Lee, Craig Alexander, Robert Blakely, Aaron Wudrick, Carolyn Pullen and Martha Friendly made statements and answered questions.

At 4:51 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:55 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Nobina Robinson, Patrick Leclerc, Cindy Blackstock, Chris Roberts, Scott Ross and Perry Bellegarde made statements and answered questions.

At 5:03 p.m., Ron Liepert took the Chair.

By unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

At 5:44 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
