Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) the Committee resumed its study of the Subject Matter of Main Estimates 2019-20: Votes 1, 5, 10, 15 and 20 under Department of Finance, Votes 1 and 5 under Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada and Vote 1 under Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions.

Darlene Bess made a statement and, with Andrew Marsland, Paul Samson, Leah Anderson, Michele Bridges, Marc Desautels, Lynn Hemmings, Christopher Veilleux, Suzy McDonald and Pierre Leblanc, answered questions.

At 12:30 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
