Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, March 8, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of violence against young women and girls in Canada.

Steph Guthrie, by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, Ann Decter and Raine Liliefeldt made statements and answered questions.

At 4:27 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:31 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Lianna McDonald and Signy Arnason made statements and answered questions.

At 5:30 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
