Donna Bourne-Tyson, Greg Kozak, by videoconference from Vancouver, British Colombia, Jason McLinton and Colin McKay made statements and, with Susan Haigh, answered questions.

At 5:03 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
