Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vi) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, February 23, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the Access to Information Act.

Antoine Aylwin and Marc-André Boucher, by videoconference from Montréal, Quebec, with Ken Rubin and Mark Weiler made statements and answered questions.

At 10:22 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:25 a.m., the sitting resumed.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 10:43 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
