Julian Walker and Julie Mackenzie made statements and answered questions.
At 6:39 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 6:41 p.m., the sitting resumed in pubic.
On motion of Terry Sheehan, it was agreed, — That, notwithstanding the motion adopted on Monday, March 7, 2016, the time for opening remarks and questioning of witnesses be as follow:
That witnesses be given ten (10) minutes to make their opening statement; that when there is a possibility of having three (3) or more witnesses, each one shall be allowed seven (7) minutes to make their opening statement; and that during the questioning of witnesses the time allocated to each questioner be as follows:
for the first round of questioning, seven (7) minutes to a representative of each party in the following order: Liberal, Conservative, NDP and Liberal;
for the second round, five (5) minutes be allocated in the following order: Conservative, Liberal, Conservative, Liberal; followed by NDP, three (3) minutes.
It was agreed, — That the work plan, as amended, be adopted.
