Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Tuesday, March 22, 2016 and section 343 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, February 25, 2016, the Committee resumed the statutory review of the Act.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the Committee's travel to Washington, D.C. in Spring 2017, be cancelled.

It was agreed, — That pursuant to Standing Order 97.1, the Committee request an extension of thirty sitting days to consider Bill C-323, An Act to amend the Income Tax Act (rehabilitation of historic property).

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

At 6:52 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 6:53 p.m., the sitting resumed in public.

On motion of Jim Eglinski, it was agreed, — That the Committee undertake a study on the Supplementary Estimates (A) 2017-18.

At 6:57 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
