Minutes of Proceedings
Ed Fast moved, — That the motion adopted by the Committee on February 4 regarding the questioning of witnesses be replaced by the following:
That witnesses from any one organization shall be allowed ten (10) minutes to make their opening statement; and that during the questioning of witnesses, there shall be allocated seven (7) minutes for the first round of questioning; that the order of questions for the first round of questioning shall be as follows: Conservative Party, Liberal Party, New Democratic Party and Liberal Party; that the order of questions for the second round of questioning shall be as follows: Liberal Party: five (5) minutes, Conservative Party: five (5) minutes, Liberal Party: five (5) minutes, Conservative Party: five (5) minutes, New Democratic Party: three (3) minutes; and, that all committee members speak and ask questions of witnesses before a non-committee member present may speak and ask questions of witnesses .
It was agreed, — That the debate be now adjourned and resumed at a subsequent meeting when the regular committee members are in attendance.

At 1:03 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
