Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, October 4, 2016, the Committee resumed its study on immigration consultants.

Ryan Dean, Ni Fang and Navjot Dhillon made statements and answered questions.

At 4:29 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:34 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Dory Jade, Donald Igbokwe, Lawrence Barker and Avvy Yao-Yao Go made statements and, with Christopher Daw, answered questions.

At 5:28 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:31 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $23,200, for the study on immigratiion consultants, be adopted.

At 5:33 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
