Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, June 16, 2016, the Committee resumed its study on immigration measures for the protection of vulnerable groups.

Oleksandr Gryshchenko, Iryna Dovhan and Gennadii Afanasiev, by videoconference from Kyiv, Ukraine, Aleksandr Galkin, by videoconference from Mariupol, Ukraine and Michael Bociurkiw made statements and answered questions.

At 2:44 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 2:50 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Janet Dench, by videoconference from Montréal, Québec, Brian Dyck, by videoconference from Winnipeg, Manitoba and Chantal Desloges made statements and answered questions.

At 3:44 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
