| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Tuesday, September 20, 2016, your Committee has considered Bill C-13, An Act to amend the Food and Drugs Act, the Hazardous Products Act, the Radiation Emitting Devices Act, the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, the Pest Control Products Act and the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act and to make related amendments to another Act, and agreed on Thursday, October 6, 2016, to report it with the following amendment: That Bill C-13, in Clause 33, be amended by replacing lines 13 to 15 on page 21 with the following: “(a) that is or is to be applied or attached to or included in, or that accompanies or is to accompany, a pest control product or a package; or (b) that belongs to a pest control product and is transmitted electronically, in accordance with the regulations.” |
| Your Committee has ordered a reprint of Bill C-13, as amended, as a working copy for the use of the House of Commons at the report stage. |
