Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, October 20, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the Canadian steel industry’s ability to compete internationally.

Carolina Gallo, by videoconference from Montréal, Quebec, Sean Donnelly, Eric Ducharme and David McHattie made statements and answered questions.

At 5:12 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

At 5:15 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:17 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 5:21 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
