Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, the Committee commenced consideration of the subject matter of Bill C-31, An Act to implement the Free Trade Agreement between Canada and Ukraine.

Marvin Hildebrand made a statement and, with Pierre Bouchard, answered questions.

At 11:58 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:02 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the Chair submit to the Subcommittee on Committee Budgets of the Liaison Committee the preliminary submission of travel to Washington, D.C.

At 12:09 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:16 p.m., the sitting resumed in public and televised.
