Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, October, 30, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of the Government of Canada's support for the international trade of small and medium-sized businesses.

The witnesses made statements and answered questions.

At 11:54 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:08 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 12:40 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:42 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of the potential agreement between Canada and the Pacific Alliance, the proposed budget in the amount of $157,608.84, for the Committee’s travel to Mexico City, Mexico, Querétaro, Mexico, Santiago, Chile, and Lima, Peru, in the winter of 2019, be adopted, and that the Clerk be authorized to purchase appropriate gifts and make the necessary arrangements for meals and receptions during the Committee's travel.

At 12:44 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
