Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motions adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, December 6, 2016, and Thursday, October 26, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of climate change and water and soil conservation issues.

Naresh Thevathasan and Pierre Desrochers made statements and answered questions.

At 4:29 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:33 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Stewart Rood, by videoconference from Lethbridge, Alberta, and David Sauchyn made statements and answered questions.

At 5:30 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
