Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, February 25, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of service delivery to veterans.

Dana Batho, by videoconference from Victoria, British Columbia, Michael Blais, Matthew Harris, by videoconference from St Catharines, Ontario, and Kimberly Davis, by videoconference from Lawrencetown, Nova Scotia, made statements and, with Sylvain Chartrand answered questions.

At 1:00 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
