Private Members' Business

At 11:00 a.m., pursuant to Standing Order 30(6), the House proceeded to the consideration of Private Members' Business.

The House resumed consideration of the motion of Mrs. Gallant (Renfrew—Nipissing—Pembroke), seconded by Mr. McColeman (Brant), — That Bill C-462, An Act restricting the fees charged by promoters of the disability tax credit and making consequential amendments to the Tax Court of Canada Act, be now read a second time and referred to the Standing Committee on Finance.

The debate continued.

The question was put on the motion and, pursuant to Standing Order 93(1), the recorded division was deferred until Wednesday, March 6, 2013, immediately before the time provided for Private Members' Business.

The question was put on the motion and it was agreed to on division.

Accordingly, the Bill was concurred in at report stage.

Pursuant to Standing Order 76.1(11), Mrs. Aglukkaq (Minister of Health, Minister of the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency and Minister for the Arctic Council) for Mr. Valcourt (Minister of Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development), seconded by Mr. Nicholson (Minister of Justice), moved, — That the Bill be now read a third time and do pass.
