| Pursuant to Standing Order 97.1, your Committee is requesting an extension of thirty sitting days to consider Bill C-294, An Act to amend the Income Tax Act (sports and recreation programs), thereby providing the Committee with a total of ninety sitting days during which to complete its study of the Bill. | Conformément à l'article 97.1 du Règlement, le Comité demande une prolongation de trente jours de séance pour l'étude du projet de loi C-294, Loi modifiant la Loi de l'impôt sur le revenu (programmes sportifs et récréatifs). Par conséquent, le Comité disposera d'un total de quatre vingt-dix jours de séance durant lesquels il pourra compléter son étude du projet de loi. |
| The Committee finds it necessary to consult further in order to give the Bill the consideration it requires. Therefore, it requests an extension of thirty sitting days. | Le Comité juge nécessaire de consulter davantage afin d'accorder à ce projet de loi l'attention qu'il nécessite. Il demande ensuite une prolongation de trente jours de séance. |
