     Honourable members, our first order of business is the election of the chair. I am prepared to receive nominations to that effect.
    Mr. Silva.
    Yes, I'd like to move Bob Mills for chair.
    It's seconded by Mr. Watson that Bob Mills be elected as chair of the committee.
    (Motion agreed to)
    Our next order of business is the election of the vice chairs.
    I nominate Mario Silva.
    Mr. Warawa nominates Mr. Silva as vice-chair of the committee.
    (Motion agreed to)
    For the second opposition vice-chair, are there nominations?

    Mr. Lussier.
    Mr. Lussier nominates Mr. Bigras as second president of the committee.
    (Motion agreed)
    The Clerk: Mr. Bigras is elected vice-president.
    I will invite Mr. Mills to take the president's chair.
