Members of the Subcommittee present: Joe Comartin, Roy Cullen, Peter MacKay, Serge Ménard, Kevin Sorenson and Tom Wappel. |

Witnesses: Royal Canadian Mounted Police: Giuliano Zaccardelli, Commissioner; Mark Scrivens, Senior Counsel. |
Pursuant to the Order of Reference of November 22, 2004, the Subcommittee resumed its study of the Anti-terrorism Act. |
Commissioner Giuliano Zaccardelli made a statement and, with the other witness, answered questions. |
