The Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage met at 3:36 p.m. this day, in Room 308 West Block, the Vice-Chair, John Harvard, presiding.

Canadian Association of University Teachers: Paul Jones, Research and Education Officer. Canadian Copyright Licensing Agency: Roanie Levy, Director, Legal Affairs and Government Relations. Canadian Teachers' Federation: Harvey Weiner, Deputy Secretary General.
|Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Tuesday, November 5, 2002, and Section 92 of the Copyright Act, the Committee resumed the statutory review of the Act.|
