Meeting No. 33

Wednesday, April 9, 2003

The Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage met in camera at 3:40 p.m. this day, in Room 536, Wellington Building, the Chair, Clifford Lincoln, presiding.

Members of the Committee present: Carole-Marie Allard, Christiane Gagnon, John Harvard, Wendy Lill and Clifford Lincoln.

In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Sam Banks, research officer.  Intern:  Janique Venne.  Consultants :  David Black and David Keeble.

Witnesses: Marc Raboy, Expert Advisor.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee resumed its study on the State of the Canadian Broadcasting System.  (See Minutes of Proceedings dated November 7, 2002, meeting No. 2).

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

Marc Raboy answered questions.

At 5:25 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
