In accordance with its Order of Reference of Tuesday, April 8, 2003, your Committee has considered Bill C-28, An Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on February 18, 2003, and agreed on Wednesday, May 7, 2003, to report it with the following amendment:

Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du mardi 8 avril 2003, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-28, Loi portant exécution de certaines dispositions du budget déposé au Parlement le 18 février 2003, et a convenu le mercredi 7 mai 2003, d'en faire rapport avec l’amendement suivant:

Article 108

That Bill C-28, in Clause 108, be amended by replacing line 37 on page 118 with the following:

Que le projet de loi C-28, à l'article 108, soit modifié par substitution, à la ligne 40, page 118, de ce qui suit :

“ (6) The receipt by the Receiver General of moneys”

« (6) La réception par le receveur général de sommes »

A copy of the relevant Minutes of Proceedings (Meetings Nos. 51 and 53 to 56) is tabled.
