The Standing Committee on Environment and Sustainable Development met at 11:15 a.m. this day, in Room 371, West Block, the Chair, The Hon. Charles L. Caccia, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Roy Bailey, The Hon. Charles L. Caccia, Joe Comartin, Gary Lunn, Bob Mills, Julian Reed, Andy Savoy, Hélène Scherrer, Alan Tonks.
Acting Member present: Clifford Lincoln for Karen Kraft Sloan.
In attendance: From the Research Branch of the Library of Parliament: Kristen Douglas and Tim Williams, Analysts.
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee resumed consideration of a draft report entitled "Beyond Bill C-9: Toward a new vision for Environmental Assessment".
At 11:50 o'clock a.m., the Committee proceeded to the consideration of future business.
At 12:10 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
