Meeting No. 6
Wednesday, April 4, 2001
The Sub-Committee on Private Members' Business of the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs met at 3:35 p.m. this day, in Room 307, West Block, the Chair, Carolyn Parrish, presiding.
Members of the Sub-Committee present: Garry Breitkreuz, Michel Guimond, Carolyn Parrish and Marcel Proulx.
In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: James Robertson, research officer.
Pursuant to the orders of reference from the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs adopted on Wednesday, February 7 and March 1, 2001, the Sub-Committee proceeded to consider a draft survey to all Members.
It was agreed, - That the amended survey be circulated to all Members on April 19, 2001, and that the deadline for responses be April 27, 2001.
At 4:10 p.m., the Sub-Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
