The Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage met in camera at 9:10 a.m. this day, in Room 269, West Block, the Chair, Clifford Lincoln, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Sarmite Bulte, Rodger Cuzner, Christiane Gagnon, Cheryl Gallant, Gurmant Grewal, John Harvard, André Harvey, Loyola Hearn, Wendy Lill, Clifford Lincoln, Dennis Mills, Bryon Wilfert.
Acting Members present: Claude Duplain for Paul Bonwick; Murray Calder for Shawn Murphy; Andy Burton for Jim Abbott; Diane Bourgeois for Caroline St-Hilaire.
Associate Member present: John Duncan
In attendance: From the Parliamentary Research Branch of the Library of Parliament: Joe Jackson and Terry Thomas, Research Officers.
In accordance with its mandate under Standing Order 108(2), the Committee proceeded to a discussion of future business.
It was agreed,-That further consideration of Bill C-10, An Act respecting the national marine conservation areas of Canada, be adjourned until the fall.
At 9:40 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
