The Standing Committee on Aboriginal Affairs, Northern Development and Natural Resources met at 11:09 a.m. this day, in Room 705, La Promenade Building, the Chair, Nancy Karetak-Lindell, presiding.
Member(s) of the Committee present: Gérard Binet, Jean-Guy Carignan, David Chatters, Rodger Cuzner, John Finlay, John Godfrey, Nancy Karetak-Lindell, Benoît Serré and Guy St-Julien.
In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Jean-Luc Bourdages and Mary Hurley, research officers.
Witness(es): From the Department of Aboriginal Affairs, Northern Development and Natural Resources: Terry Henderson, Director General, Implementation Branch. Jim Mc Carthy, Director, James Bay Implementation Office.
