The Standing Committee on Transport met in camera at 3:31 p.m. this day, in Room 306, West Block, the Chair, Stan Keyes, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Gérard Asselin, Murray Calder, Bill Casey, Joe Comuzzi, Bev Desjarlais, Stan Dromisky, Claude Drouin, Joe Fontana, Michel Guimond, Charles Hubbard, Ovid Jackson, Dale Johnston, Stan Keyes, Val Meredith, Lou Sekora.
Other Member present: Guy St-Julien.
In attendance: From the Research Branch of the Library of Parliament: John Christopher; June Dewetering, Researchers.
Witnesses: From the InterCanadian: Robert Myhill, President & CEO; Michael Cochrane, Partner.
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee resumed consideration of its draft report on its study on the future of the airline industry in Canada.
Robert Myhill made an opening statement and, with Michael Cochrane, answered questions.
At 5:27 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
