The Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Trade met at 9:40 a.m. this day, in Room 371, West Block, the Chair, Bill Graham, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Jean Augustine, Colleen Beaumier, Maud Debien, Bill Graham, Francine Lalonde, Diane Marleau, Keith Martin, Ted McWhinney, Denis Paradis, Svend Robinson, Bob Speller.
Acting Members present: Aileen Carroll for Sarkis Assadourian; Raymonde Folco for Hon. Fred Mifflin.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee resumed its examination of the conflict and post-conflict periods in Kosovo. (See Minutes of Proceedings, Thursday, February 10, 2000, Meeting No. 19.)
Michael Mandel and Peter Coombes each made an opening statement and answered questions.
At 11:25 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
