Pursuant to Standing Order 45, the House proceeded to the taking of the deferred recorded division on the motion of Mr. Nault (Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development), seconded by Ms. Caplan (Minister of National Revenue), — That Bill C-2, An Act to establish a process for assessing the environmental and socio-economic effects of certain activities in Yukon, be now read a second time and referred to the Standing Committee on Aboriginal Affairs, Northern Development and Natural Resources.
