Delivering on Our Commitments
Service delivery is a core component of many of the initiatives laid out in this Strategic Outlook ensuring that the House of Commons Administration has the tools and means to support parliamentary process, raise awareness of the House among Canadians and throughout the world, leverage technology and environmental best practices, and maintain good governance and sound stewardship of public resources.
All of this is done with two primary goals in mind: sustaining the history and heritage of the institution of Parliament; and finding new and innovative ways to support elected Members of the House of Commons in the Chamber, committees, caucuses and constituencies so they can continue to serve the people of this country responsibly and effectively in the years to come.
