Motion Text
That, in the opinion of the House, the government should re-introduce the ecoENERGY Retrofit — Homes program to help Canadians retrofit their homes and apartments, making their homes and apartment buildings more efficient, lowering energy bills, creating thousands of jobs in the trades, and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
