The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the clerk of the committee be authorized to grant access to the committee's digital binder to the offices of the whips of each recognized party.

At 12:45 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:51 p.m., the sitting resumed.

It was unanimously agreed, — That the committee adopt the following work plan:

1. That the committee proceed immediately to a study on hybrid proceedings, pursuant to the House order of Thursday, June 23, 2022, and not continue beyond Monday, October 31, 2022;

2. That, immediately following the committee’s completion on the study on hybrid proceedings, the committee devote three meetings to complete its study of the operational security of the Parliamentary Precinct; and,

3. That, following the committee’s completion on the study of the operational security of the Parliamentary Precinct, the committee proceed to a study on foreign election interference.

At 1:03 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
